  • self-harm and suicidal thoughts

What counselling is like

Counselling gives you a confidential, non-judgemental space to talk about what’s on your mind. It;’s your space, at y0ur pace and we will work in a way that feels right for you.

The first session

We’ll talk about what’s happening, what you’d like to get from counselling and how we can work together.

Where sessions take place

Face to face in Hartley Wintney, near Fleet, Hampshire or online via Microsoft Teams.

How parents are involved

I understand how important it is for parents and carers to feel informed and supported. You can be involved in the process in a way that feels right for your young person - whilst maintaining client confidentiality.
