Gia Bird - Founder of and Counsellor at Aspire Counselling Service, Fleet (ACSFleet)

Feeling stuck or overwhelmed? I’m here to help, whether you’re a young person aged 11–30 or a parent supporting someone who is struggling. I work with all ages but specialise in supporting neurodiverse young people with anxiety, depression, grief, low self-esteem, and stress related to family, school, or work.

As a younger therapist with extensive experience in youth counselling, healthcare, and education, I understand the challenges today’s young people face.

I use an integrative approach, combining practical tools with gentle exploration of root causes, and I can work creatively if that’s of interest.

Together, we’ll set meaningful goals and build your confidence to create the life you truly want – even if you’re still discovering what that looks like.

Sessions are Tuesday–Thursday 9am-5pm in Hartley Wintney or online via Teams.

“The privilege of a lifetime is to become

who you truly are”
